A Bridge Between

La Puente — the bridge — was born from a simple conviction: that the extraordinary flavors of Peru deserve a home in Salt Lake City. Our kitchen draws on generations of coastal and highland tradition, reimagined for today's discerning palate.
Every ingredient is chosen with intention — from the tiger's milk in our ceviche to the aji amarillo that gives our lomo saltado its signature warmth. We don't rush. We honor the craft.
